Once the bottle has been lifted to create a seal between the gasket and the bottle neck during Stage 2, the filling process for pressurized or still product can begin. Phase 1 once the bottle has been lifted into place, a senor will detect the bottle’s presence sending a signal to the PLC confirming that the fill. The Volumetric Filler (XF260HP two spout / XF460HP four spout) accurately fills bottles to a precise volume using a timer. The fill volumes are within a consistent range in order to comply with the strict regulations set by the TTB (Tax and Trade Bureau). These fillers are extremely easy to use and maintain. Our Machine Selection
Automatic bottle filling machines are equipped with a bottle auto detect device that is located on the conveyor. This device has a photocell that is programmed to stop the machine and the electro valves located in the rinsing mechanism if there is no bottle to be serviced.

Filling Machines
Filling machine capacities range from the humble manual filler operating at 10 containers per minute (CPM) to high-speed rotary systems operating at 1000+ CPM. Inline Filling Systems specializes in machines for companies producing up to 200 CPM as well as startup companies producing less than 1000 containers per day.
CORROSION RESISTANT FILLING EQUIPMENT
Used for bulk filling of 5-gallon pails by volume only. (See Net Weigh Fillers for filling pails, totes, and drums by weight) This is an economical alternative to filling pails with bulk chemical and other typical low-cost liquid products.
Hazardous Location Filling Equipment
Used for bulk filling of 55 gallon drum filling, tote filling, and liquid filling of other palletized bulk sizes e.g. 25 gallon barrels, etc. Can be configured to fill either by weight or volumetrically (or a combination of both) Available in chemical duty or food grade construction.
Manual Bottle Filler Machine
Capping Machines
Used for water thin liquids with no particulates and whose bulk density and flow characteristics do not change with atmospheric or temperature changes. Usually specified in chemical environments where recirculation is not practical. The time gravity filler is an effective low-cost technology with limited flexibility.
Labelling Machine
Scale based filling system used for products sold by weight. Can be used for bulk products sold in totes and pails as well as for precise weights of smaller volume products that have a very high manufactured value. Output is typically lower with a higher capital cost on this type of filler.
Conveyor Systems
Used for small volume, accurate fills of ultra-clean or high-value liquids such as reagents, essential oils, pharma preparations and other applications where no cross contamination is permitted. Only low viscosity liquids can be used on this machine. The fluid path is disposable making cleanup very fast and efficient.
Turntables & Bottle Management
Used primarily for thick viscous liquids and/or particulated products with limited changeovers. Examples include liquid soaps, cosmetics and heavy food sauces where positive displacement or high-pressure filling is required. Also excellent for volumetric filling of expensive products where high accuracy is needed. Higher capital cost but even small machines can produce very high output.
Bottle Cleaning Systems
Extremely flexible and versatile filler designed to fill almost any liquid or semi-liquid product in almost any volume. Using state of the art digital controls, this filling technology boasts the fastest changeover and cleanup time of any other technology. Capital cost is significantly higher for this type of filling machine than more conventional types.
Coding Systems
Automatic monoblock fill cap plug systems are typically small footprint platforms designed to handle small or inherently unstable containers that cannot be practically filled and closed on intermittent straight line packaging systems. High capital cost machine dedicated to a narrow range of containers and closures.
Tamper Evident Systems
Used for food products filling brine and vinegar solutions into various sized containers with varying solids contents. Specialty overflow filling machine is constructed with anti-corrosion characteristics and specialty nozzles depending on the application. This filler solves some unique problems associated with hand packing of food products in liquids.

Our manual piston fillers are perfect for filling short runs of a few thousand bottles at a time, at an incredibly low cost. Handy Fillers are simple, lever-action filling machines that function at temperatures less than 180 degrees F. They are assembled using stainless steel cylinders and rods and are guaranteed to provide years of reliable services. Pistons and valve ends are made of high quality FDA Approved Polymers, and resist corrosion. Our fillers are perfect for filling most types of liquids, lotions, creams, sauces (even chunks in sauces are OK)
There are a number of advantages to our machinery, we would like to make note of. Our smooth and easy lever action piston bottle or jar filler requires little or no effort to operate. Gravity controls the flow and does most of the work for you. The filler can be mounted for either right hand or left hand operation. Our filling machines can fill a wide variety of products from liquids, lotions and creams, to hot sauces and slurries with grains and seeds up to 1/2″ in diameter (about the length of a key on a standard keyboard). Polymer tie rods make it a breeze to take apart and clean, and our fillers are dishwasher safe. Our bottle filling machine measures out just the volume you need to fill your container, from 1 oz. to 9 oz. per stroke. It can fill from 600 to 1000, 9 oz. containers an hour, depending on the viscosity of your product. Incredibly, it’s just as easy to fill 16 oz. with two 8 oz. strokes as it is to use a larger 16 oz. per stroke machine.
The whole system weighs from 4 to 6 pounds, depending on which one you order. The frame is 3 inches wide by 9 inches long, plus the handle and valve assembly. It is very simple to set up and use and you will be filling bottles and jars in no time.

We include everything you need to get up and filling right out of the box. We include the manual piston filler with non-skid feet, A table clamp, food grade lubricant, extra O-rings, Hex Key for volume adjustment, mounting screws, bulkhead fitting for making your own hopper, 3 sizes of nozzles to fit most sizes of bottle openings, an Anti-Dribble Valve, 3 feet of 1/2″ ID thick wall high temp silicone tubing, or 3/4″ ID PVC vacuum tubing. We do our best to provide you with the clean reliable fillers you need. We also guarantee full satisfaction and enhanced durability in all our products. Should we not live up to your expectations, we will gladly refund your money within 30 days of purchase. The machine must be as clean when returned as it was when you received it. A filler returned with product residue left inside the cylinder and valve assembly will be charged a $25.00 Cleaning Fee. Simply cycling a couple of gallons of hot water and detergent, followed by hot rinse water through the machine is usually enough. A $10 Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.
